    Assassin's Creed III: Remastered Starting Problem

    Hello,

    I bought Assassin's Creed III from Epic Games and installed it without a problem, but when I try to start it, a window opens and closes quickly and the game never starts. I contacted with the Epic Games support and their suggestions didn't work. The same problems goes with the Assassins's Creed:Brotherhood which I bought from Steam. So I think maybe the problem is something to do with Uplay. Nothing seems to work and Ubisoft support is currently unavaliable. What should I do? This is so frustrating

    I had a similar problem with the original. it appeared after resetting the settings of msi afterburner, the game opened and quickly closed if MSI afterburner was running.

    Hey there! I'm sorry that you are having this issue. There are plenty of steps to try, all included in this FAQ. It is designed to resolve the majority of startup issues. Please run through it and get back to us if the issue persists!

    I did all of these but it still doesn't work and I am sure my computer meets the game requirements I deleted all AC games for now. This is my favorite game series,not being able to play it really saddens me If you can find a way, I would really appriciate it.

    I'm sorry to hear that. We'd like to investigate this further with you if we can by taking a look at your system reports to see if they highlight any issues.

    You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

    After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

    MSInfo
    DxDiag

    I don't use facebok or twitter and tried to reach out to support but it says "Chat is currently unavailable. Please choose another support method.". I couldn't even send my problem from there so I tried my chance here :/

    Live chat is only available during specific hours and this message might appear as well if they are busy. You can find those here

    Problème avec le cloud

    Bonjour à tous,

    J'ai eu un souci avec le "Cloud". J'avais fini de jouer une partie du jeu, je l'ai quitté. Il a effectué une synchronisation avec le "Cloud" mais la synchronisation a échoué. Après plusieurs tentatives, j'ai fini par abandonner.

    J'ai voulu relancer le jeu, donc il me disait qu'il ne parvenait plus à trouver les données dans le "Cloud". Arrivé pour charger ma partie plus rien.... ._.

    Je ne sais pas comment je peux faire pour jouer au jeu et ne pas utiliser le "Cloud".

    Est-ce possible de ne pas l'activer ? Si oui, comment ? Merci.

    Si non, comment je dois faire pour jouer au jeu et ne pas avoir de nouveau le problème ?

    Après avoir un peu chercher, j'ai vu que sur Ubisoft Connect, sur le jeu ACIII, j'ai la possibilité de "Annuler la sauvegarde sur le Cloud" mais même si je fais ça. Rien ne changeait. Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée ?
