Payment problem
HELLO, I SUBSCRIBED TO UBISOFT+ AND THEY CHARGE ME MONEY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UINTL 2H LATER IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION IS SUSPENDED THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD.
I CHANGED MY PAYMENT METHOD LIKE FOUR-TIME WITH FOUR DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS BUT IT STILL the SAME THING
PLEASE HELP ME IM TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR LIKE 4H NOW BUT I GOT NOTHING

You won't even get anything. You are not the only one who has this problem. There are many of us and we have not found a solution. I wrote to them two days ago, but they did not answer me. I didn't get the money or the subscription.
