As the title says. I bought the ultimate edition of the game on ps5 yet I'm told to purchase the season pass to download watch dogs complete. I'm also missing access to the London dissident pack and my vip status. Honestly this is unacceptable and completely preventing me from buying the valhalla season pass.

The only thing I got access to was 3 extra characters. Please sort this out ubisoft

Edit: it's worth noting that both codes are now considered redeemed and are on my account, yet neither code allows me access to any content

Did you first own the game on PS4 and then upgraded to PS5?

Does the Season Pass show under the Addons for the game, and is it installed there?

This has been an issue since launch for pretty much anyone who bought a version of the game that game with a season pass (Gold, Ultimate etc). There are multiple threads about it that the mods keep conveniently ignoring (I'm surprised one actually posted here tbh) & the issue has never been fixed.

I've had a ticket that I created on launch day that they keep closing saying it has been resolved & I have to keep reopening it. I'm also still waiting for a reply from Sony about it. Posting here about it your most likely just wasting your time but there is little else we can do, its ridiculous.

Yep, I posted threads about this just after release day, and they still haven't bothered to fix it. They've got our money now, so they don't care. I think we should all report them to trading standards.
