A lot of classes have radiant rebound as a usable gear perk. When I play these classes, all the gear I find (be it via matches, levelling up, or gear packs) has the perk on it, either on its own or with another. This is rather annoying as it forces players to use a perk that they may not like, and makes it challenging to build other perk combinations. If this is an intended thing I would really like to know why and if there is a way to avoid it, as I really don't care for the perk over others.

You just have some very bad luck with gear drops, some of the higher perks or better combos seem to be rarer as well.
