Are parries guarranteed after a deflect with no attack on the exterior?

Are assassins Parries Guaranteed without doing an attack after a your deflect on HA or uninterupt combos or on exterior immidiate atacks after deflect. if you block the next immidiate attack after the deflect... If so this makes heros with all guard wicked op if they can block all attacks after a deflect and get a guaranteed parry.By going into all guard after dodging into attacks getting a deflect and parry Holy Heck!!! Ontop of getting guaranteed Parry on light attacks by just blocking them. Wow that rediculiose easy mode.. Only thing they gotta do for defence that requires any skill is always being ready to counter GB. Which doesnt seem hard with all this. Then a few combos.

Only assassins, some hybrids, and Kensei can deflect. None of them have a full-guard, except for Valkyrie, but it's purely a backward-dodge full-guard with dodge properties with a very low exit recovery to give it a couple niche uses.

If the problem you're describing were real, it would be an issue. But, it doesn't exist, because every full-guard-character or character with a static guard, cannot deflect except for Valkyrie, Zhanhu, and Kensei. Actually they have "Superior Blocks" to act as deflects, which are better since they stop the enemy's attack chain.

A static guard is the type of guard that doesn't expire or go away after a couple seconds, which is what I think you're talking about.

No other character can actually deflect because when a Vanguard or other static guard hero dodges, their guard doesn't move in the direction of the dodge. If you were to play as JJ and leave your guard top, a dodge to the left or right wouldn't move that unless you input your dodge attack. This is why some undodgeable attacks might get blocked against static guard heroes, because their guards will stay in the same spot until they move them.

You can dodge into the direction of attack with your guard already in that direction, but since Vanguards and Heavies don't have deflect frames they'll either stuff their own dodge with the block animation overtaking or they'll just dodge the attack.

There's also recovery after a dodge, preventing you from moving your guard again too quickly. Characters like Warlord, BP, Valkyrie, Conq, and Aramusha have to wait until their dodge frames are over before they can enter full-block stance. Besides, the opponent can always try and GB them if they dodge.

It IS possible to parry an attack right after a deflect if you don't input your attack after it. I shared with you a video of some examples.

It's mostly for style points and isn't really practical, especially since certain character's deflects can be safe and guarentee something off their deflect. Berserker can always get a free GB from his deflect, Shaolin will get HA, Orochi's either interrupts or can trade with his heavy deflect.

Oh, and I remembered something for you based off your other question about dodging out of deflects; Orochi can dodge out of his heavy deflect startup and still be able to perform other deflects. So, if you want to play Orochi he's able to do exactly what you wanted from your last idea.

Other than that, there isn't anything to worry about. If the problem you're describing existed, we'd tell you, but it doesn't fortunately. Most static guard heroes can't deflect, so it's impossible for them to do what you're describing.

Show us proof this is actually an issue, because it just sounds theoretical but doesn't actually exist.

Im uploading a clip with BP I did Not Know all the Guard Names. But it can be dun Getting a free light or heavy parry after superior block. With free standstill light parries and free all parries with all attacks in all guard accept unblockables... When i first thought of this i was thinking ppl could dodge while in all guard... This is not quite as op as that Would have been but is a great all around defence especially when out numbered with flip and other defencive properties with Bp. I also just noticed conq gets free parries from his zone this is insane.

To be honest that be cool if you could dodge in all guard an use superior blocks into parries that would be "True Darkness" lol.

Ive been having problems with uploading in trimming stuff since the series x release and they got rid of the upload studio.. I will have it but i can't say how soon.. Its just sitting in the queue at 0%.

While waiting tho you seen this???

    Its gonna be Fire.

It's not uploading for some reason. Just test it yourself go into training pick BP and set an enemy beserker to do his Infinite combo... superior block the light combo starter and switch your guard to get a free heavy parry. It is a lil op to get both free heavy parry and free stand still light parries compared to an assassins guard seeing how they have more health and the same basic combo strings assassins do with a bash to string em together... That's why I was hoping shaolin got what you noticed with Arochi was cuz he does not have a normal 3 hit light combo to string larger combos from. I hope this is understandable. I know he has alot of other options out of it like sun kick and massive options from ther but this kick and sweep is very readable. Unless doing a phew light heavy infinite chain before hand making an oponnen just try to parry/ block attacks then going to the kick. But by then he is either dead or you got ganked while outnumbered.

I very much would love all bashes and kicks to be speed up and enemy tracking making kicks and bashes guaranteed after a combo 2 or 3 hit combo for all characters... This would be outstanding to string combos together with every hero eventually ending with a finisher combo ender. Just Imagine all the different combo Possibilities.

BP can flow directly to his all-block and access Bulwark flip right after blocking any attack. This is just one of his special things he can do. You're going to have to show me somehow what you mean with parrying heavies after superior blocks. Superior blocks should completely interrupt your opponent's chain.

As for Shaolin not having 3 light chains, it is what it is. Shaolin is much different from Orochi and they both do different things.

They do interupt the regular chains but not HA or uninterupt chains.

Here it uploaded it but im not gunna wait for the trimmed 1 to upload it will take far to long only need to watch 3:23 to the end the very last move thrown In the video was a guarranteed heavy parry without me having to input the heavy to get the parry after superior block all i had to do is simply have guard matching my opponent. Just how he parries lights when standing still... 3:23. Im not sure if all assassin guards work the same way but i know zerker gets free parry after a deflect if he doesnt input an attack.

The only attacks that shouldn't be interrupted are zone attacks, every other attack would interrupted as if it were a light.

To followup about Conq's zone, yeah it's annoying. It's a good option select, and the only way to deal with it is to parry it.

Conq and BP can actually move around in full-block. BP has flip options, where as Conq has his flail uppercut if someone hits the shield. They're both vulnerable to GBs, though.

Can they change targets without coming out of it? Like shaolin in Qi Stance? If not they should... On second thought that dont matter they could swap while in flail uppercut im sure. Im sure who ever hit his shield would eat the uppercut anyways.

It also seems to me that BP's flip does'nt sit on the same timer as all other parries deflects and superior blocks is this correct and if so what are the rules and timings to getting caught in his flip and or conqs zone parry?
