I just paid for 1 month subscription and started playing assassins creed valhalla on geforce now and after about an hour and a half of playing the game just turned off and then I got an email saying that my payment didn't go through and now I can't play any games on Ubisoft plus.
I checked my back account to see if any money was pulled and it was, so I've paid for nothing, can I please get my subscription back or at least my money back.
I had the same problem today. I paid Ubisoft + sub, installed AC Valhalla, got in the game, got out. After a couple of hours when I tried to log in again, I got a message like you. I wrote to them and even sent them a screenshot of a message I received from them stating that I had subscribed. They still haven't answered me, and I'm afraid they won't. I saw that others had the same problem and that Ubisoft did nothing to help them.
