You're on Xbone? I am too :POriginally Posted by I4mTheUnderGod Go to original post
@I4mTheUnderGod
None of us are trying to offend you here. This argument has gone to discussing hero balance to your individual skill bracket and what players you fight. MrBdur said it best, and I'll only reiterate a little; you do not feint, you've been playing for 3-4 months and are overall rep 66, and you go against players that are generally very bad if we're talking about skill. We can't discuss hero balance if you are fighting opponents in the bracket you're in. From these clips, you're fighting opponents that are literally getting hit with everything. Your opponents are not adapting to your repetitive and predictable style. You don't have to feint because you don't have to at YOUR skill level. Players at your level generally struggle against heroes like Berserker anyway, and they're actually not playing well against you at all. You're just stomping these dudes, but none of the stuff you did would work against more experienced players; if you were to do the same exact things against much stronger players, you wouldn't get any kills.
At the end of the day, we all want to help you get better, but we can't do that if you aren't taking our combined experience seriously. What we're telling you is your experiences aren't relating to ours because the problems you like to discuss are very much irrelevant at a higher skill level as opposed to the level you're at. Are you really going to argue with players who have been playing for 4 years when you have only 4 months?
I mean, I hate to tell ye, but the opponents in the second clip are litereral potatoes. They're so bad.
The third clip, the Warden doesn't even know how to use his shoulder bash or parry, and doesn't know his GB punish.
The fourth clip the Warlord can't parry, the Shaolin sucks with reflex guard, and the Cent doesn't know how to feint.
The sixth clip the Jorm let everything hit her, and she didn't parry your OOS heavy LOL. She couldn't parry your lights and when she tried to parry your heavies she mistimed them. The Lawbringer had no idea what his punishes were and tried to get a GB after every parry. He must not have played since the time you could get a free GB off a parry LOL. Then there's you throwing OOS heavies as JJ... Then you got absolutely bamboozled by every heavy by Jorm and LB after that because you don't know how to parry all that well. After all that, the BP doesn't understand frame advantage, and tries to interrupt you. He died to simple stuff. Jorm mistimed all her heavy parries again and ate them all.
The last clip. Wow... right off the bat we start with you lightspamming minions one by one with Nobushi. You know how to play her right? Then once the antiganking on the point started you started actually throwing heavies. The enemy players' attempt at ganking was some of the worst I've seen simply because everything they did fed a lot of revenge, and neither would let each other punish correctly. Another example of bad opponents.
So here's what I see. You tend to do better in 1v1's since you seem to have a better grasp of duels. Once you get into ganks, you tend to get a lot of revenge really fast because the opponents gank very, very poorly. You die to simple ganks when you're stunned, as shown by that Jorm and LB combo.
You really have a lot to learn, and that's completely fine. What ISN'T fine is you telling us what needs fixing when you're playing in the skill bracket that you're in. It's just humorous at this point.

You clearly miss the point of berserker right now. And I'm sorry to say that you will be putt down really fast. Idk your rep or MMR, but this video reminds me my first days in for honor when I picked my main berserker. All fun and games until rep, like 3 (with champion status so it was in a second), then people started to parry and I got wrecked, wrecked, wrecked, at a point that I though I would uninstall this game. Despite being my strongest character today, my kda in duel is **** with him because I played like you for days without understanding how to win a single duel.
First I searched if people would aknowledge that berserker was a **** character ---> "Berserker S tier / Berserker OP / Berserker best duelist ...." threads everywhere. Then I did admit that I was the problem and started looked at video of Faaram, Barakyeet, and Baxtyr and I recommend you to do so if you want to keep this character at higher rep.
You didn't feint ONCE. You did use all his kit, so fair enough, but you will soon understand that without a good feinting game, you will be erased by every single player with two brain cells that connect. There is good thing in you playstyle though, you switch target in gank, you use the whole kit, but it is far too "raw". You can't let all you heavies fly and expect to win a match with skilled opponents.
Also you overuse dodge attack, which is normal at low level but try to calm it down because it is a light attack and when people will figure out how to parry it, you will be punished hard.
Berserker is not labeleld as "hard" for nothing. The character need a lot of skills to be played properly against proper opponents. Also I play on PC so Maybe on console people are just unable to parry, IDk.
