I bought Just dance 2021 and enjoyed the free 1 month unlimited trial that came with it. I want to get the just dance unlimited subscription but each time I put in my credit card info, I see United States of America under the total subscription amount. This is driving me crazy because USD is not the currency of my country. My account is showing my country and not USA.
I contacted Ubisoft and they asked me to contact Nintendo. No one seems to be able to help me. I don't understand why this is so difficult?
Anyone else having this issue?

Can you describe the issue you are having? What happens when you try to join or use the service? Do you get any error messages? If you can share any screenshots you can showing what happens, that'd be ideal.
Once I've got an idea of what specifically is going wrong for you, I'll be able to offer some troubleshooting steps. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
We are having the same issue.
First issue we had was with the the World Challenge. Got kicked out with an Ubisoft error message. jumped back in and seemed to work fine after.
Then thought it was odd that the game was asking me for a Just dance subscription given that we still had heaps of days left for our free trial. Tried to play a song and got an error message (I will attach a photo if I can - it says We could not reach the Ubisoft servers. It may be due to an issue on our side. A report will be sent. Please consider the following actions: -Try again in a few minutes. - if the problem persists, contact Ubisoft support: https://support.ubi.com/).
So I thought "OK maybe our trial ended" So I paid for a 12 month subscription to only have an Ubisoft error come up again.
Very very annoyed. Tried ringing the help phone number listed on the Facebook page...wouldn't connect so here I am writing this email.
If this is not fixed within the next 24hrs I want my money back for the 12 month subscription I just paid for.
