Thanks, saint_diver, for that info on threading, and for sharing the walkthrough with Xanitos to test out.

Hey Guyren75, sorry to hear that it's been happening for you, but it is good to hear that running the launcher with admin right may have resolved it. Can you let me know if it's still occurring?

As I suspected, the problem is in multithreading (SMT for Ryzen processors).
I've turned it of in UEFI/BIOS and crashes with statters disappeared. Also don't forget to clear the cache folder of Ubisoft gamelauncher.

Changing the CPU Affinity for the game process from 12 cores down to 6 definitely did make a massive difference for me, did not experience any crashes at all since then. just the occasional Freeze (which is my suspicion when they game would have crashed if it ran on more cores) every few hours.

Hopefully, if a patch can be released to address the Issues with the AMD Ryzen CPU's.

    Hello UnderGrounder96

Do you solved the problem? I have the same issues as you, and can't find any solution.

    Thanks for your answer.

Hey DelenthackSS, welcome to the Immortals Fenyx Rising forums!

Sorry to hear you've encountered these crashes as well. Would you please confirm if you were able to already complete this technical troubleshooting guide? Thanks!

For games that are CPU intensive (as it's already the case with most Ubisoft account titles) it's strongly suggested to disable any kind of overclocking and even going into the system BIOS and checking that CPU and system LLC (load calibration line) are set to "medium" instead of "Auto". This ensures that the computer is stable running multithreaded code.

This is a lot more useful than just asking for DXDiag and MSINFO.

I encountered crash to desktop occurrences using the Ubisoft+ (Ubisoft plus) version of the game while having an unstable internet connection. Since I switched my connection (phone tethering), they appear to be gone.

Do you get an error message when the game crashes, and if so what does the message state?

    UG96,
Just to confirm, does the game crash in the same way when playing directly from the PC instead of streaming it?

If you haven't already, we'd advise you both try running through the troubleshooting steps in the guide here.
Hello Ubisoft. I've the same issue but on the switch. Latest update is installed but my game closes itself due to an error
