    Immortals Fenyx Rising constantly crashes

    Hello Ubisoft Support,

I am UnderGrounder96, PC player, who absolutely enjoy playing Immortals Fenyx Rising.

Unfortunately during my gameplays the game crashes very often. I require assistance to diagnose the problem.
I have the latest Nvidia driver installed version 460.89.

My specs are above the required to play the game. These are:
    Ryzen 9 3900X, 32GB RAM, 2080 Super. Win10-64bit.

I usually stream this game using Desktop Capture. Not sure if that helps...

    Best Regards
    UG96

Thank you both for reporting this crashing issue to us.

Do you get an error message when the game crashes, and if so what does the message state?

    UG96,
Just to confirm, does the game crash in the same way when playing directly from the PC instead of streaming it?

If you haven't already, we'd advise you both try running through the troubleshooting steps in the guide here.

Thank you Ubi-Baron for your reply.

No, unfortunately I do not get an error message whenever it crashes. Nor does the crash appear in the Event Viewer.
    Which is pretty odd...

For the time being I have not played the game without streaming. Whenever I do I'll post the results here.

Luckily, I have the VOD of my stream and the timestamps when the crashes occurred. Please take a look.

I posted what worked for me in another thread, but apparently turning vsync on (not adaptive) and setting the FPS to 59 in-game seems to have solved the crashing. I have a 2700 with a 2070 and 16GB ram, no overclocking. Used to crash every 10-15 minutes, now I've been playing a solid 2 hours without a crash.

    GTX 1070
    Win 10 64 Bit

I have the same issue as well. It worked "ok" the fist week or two, only crashing once or twice every other day.
But now it crashes constantly after about 15-30 min, I have done all the error searching steps I could find online.

    CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
    GPU RTX 2060 SUPER
32 GB RAM and the game is installed on a SSD...

It's very annoying because i really like the game and i want to play it.

    Hi!

Have you found a fix for this yet? I have tried everything I can find online, and still have this issue. And you seem to have closed both your chat and ticket system?
