Gryphon kick, dodge and chase needs to be fixed! | Forums

I reported this for spam. I know, you look very stupid in your older threads since you were debunked in all of them, but I don't understand why do you think you won't be in this one.

1. His kick is not undodgable. It is dodged 50% of the time. It is dodged 100% if the player who fights the Gryphon expects it and decides to dodge. It is not dodged if the player is waiting for the indicator, which is fine, since it is read based.

2. Again, those unblockables that can not be blocked or parried, are called bashes. This revolutionary new mechanic is not available for year 1 heroes (excluding Warden, Conqueror, Lawbringer, Centurion, Gladiator, Warlord, Valkyrie, Highlander, Shaman, Kensei, Shugoki, Nobushi, Shinobi and Aramusha). It is also not punishable- excluding if you have a dodge attack and use it, or if you dodge it and guardbreak the opponent (who will not be able to counterguardbreak if he does not throw out the followup), or you can just parry the followup. Or you can do the oldfashioned solution, and don't stand passively in the Gryphon's face.

3. If the gankers have all have 80 IQs (may not apply to the games you are participating in, especially if you are one of the gankers), they will bait out the dodge attack, the target parries it, and the other hits the Gryphon with a top heavy while he recovers. It only works if all gankers are the usual stupid Bronze levels who just want free kills and keep hitting each other in order to get the killing block, and don't mind doing anything intelligens against the outnumbered opponent.

4. I see you are not familiar with measuring speed. 100km/h movement is roughly 23 meters for one second. So whatever software you have used to measure the speed is quite garbage. If you have used your eyes, the problem is definetely with the low RAM software.

5. I agree on the feat balance. But some old feats are just as busted if not more than Gryphon's.

Report for discuss about the game? Look, you are attacking other people on the forum. You do not bahave in civil manner. And your points show you do not understand my points:

1) Noone tells that his kick cannot be dodged. Maybe you read it on diff forum? I do not know.
2) As you type - cannot be blocked or parried. This fast movement can be spammed with free hits. If you dodge one, the second one will catch you, or third one... The problem is it is "safe unpunishable move" or call it 50/50 if you want. Clever Grpyhon player will just spam this movement and will win most of the time.
3) Many players have problem with parry and your explanation require skills and cooperation between players. BTW the parry is not the point I was talking about.
4) low RAM software? What is it? ... Just test what I was typed about and do not type trash. BTW Grpyhons and Warmonger forward dash attack have this speed / distance. I was tested it. Maybe you should too before posting?!

lol im diamond 5 with her, I deflect most things gryphons try, just read READ, READ! how you can explain they send hatemail, 278 rep 12 with him and got erased from the match by the weak PK? I don´t even mention testing grounds they just ragequitted.

How you win over skilled gryphons with no opener hero? BAIT . how you can bait him? dodge cancel. they can`t feint the bashes or the dodge attack=punish, you attack , then cancel with a dodge=deflect or dodge followed by Gb and three stabs, or just feint a heavy= parry his dodge attack or heavy, damn not even top lights works against me , a level 300 acussed me for cheating HAHAHAHAHA just read him cause every time i get nearly OOS he tried to anticipate a back dodge, NOPE deflect followed by lights and feinted lights or better yet cancels followed by dodge attacks. Homever I don´t think you understand how I can destroy them I mean they super high reps and people using them on diamond send me hatemails cause they don`t understand either...

I am noob rank 0 and I enjoy fights VS PKs. They are terribly weak (in my point of view) and most of the time they end by parry - free hit. If you want, we can duel - just PM me your ingame name. I want to see your skills. I will pick Nobushi (below rep 1 atm.).

You spam basically the same topic here only because your to lazy to improve against a hero where everyone in high level play and comp says is perfectly fine besides his feats

Don’t quit matches aginst gryphon and don’t waste that much time spamming the same god damn topic here and you would have already got used to gryphon and would know how to play aginst him and counter him.

They are weak, not denying that, gryphon is much better. But is not OP man, the most OP you can get Is BP, Conq and maybe in some instances warden(backdodge shoulder bash) Im currently in Xbox x, homever duel just like that is not a thing I will do in the next days(or a thing I do on request) , I will stream several games that are scheduled already , in twitch and fb gaming, along with some guides for YT, for honor unfortunately is not getting me viewers, but maybe in the future, though I `m not very good against nobus as her as for example against LB or GR (in the sense i can`t deflect that much her attacks), and I´m waiting for the testing grounds changes to be in game to stream rankeds with pk in hope viewers and subs want more FH content, but if you want you can try in a few weeks maybe , right now I´m fully on rpgs and Cyberpunk? Is jarl Blot...cause yeah my most effective hero is warlord, not her.

Because they can perform an unblcokable attack which can not be blocked / parried. It is the most safe moves in game and they should not be used to spam -> win. Other heroes which cannot perform an unblockable attack (from neutral) will never be in S tier - NEVER. The sad is that every new Hero has better and better unblockables and old Heroes are at the bottom. Even feats of new Heroes are better than old ones.

Actually, PK was the strongest S tier before her nerfs. She never had a bash.

Almost everyone already told you here that the only issue with gryphon is his feats and that his moveset is fine.


But your ego does not allow you to get rid of the lie you made up in the head so you dont have to blame yourself for getting your after handed to you.


If you wouldnt quite almost all the matches with gryphon you would get used to the hero and learn how to counter him.

So, basically you want all heroes (except your fav of course) to be as weak as PK so you can get easier wins? At least now we know why you hate Gryphon so much. He's actually viable with good offensive pressure.

Tho he maybe could have multiple accounts, that you got to ask himself.
