Recently I've been playing a lot of assassins creed 3 remastered and it's mostly been going fairly well. But during the mission where James Barrett tells you to command the firing line, I just haven't been able to get past it and it seemed like my men were dying despite having no target to shoot at. So I looked online to watch tutorials on how to beat that part, and I followed exactly as they did, but I was still losing. Then I noticed that on my minimap that there were groups of enemy troops that were highlighted as targets to shoot at that weren't acting the same way as any video I wached, they had the red hexagon-like marker, but they weren't moving forward into the spots where I could shoot at them, yet they were still killing my men despite me having no way to shoot them from where they were. Is there some way to fix it so the enemy troops move forward into the spots where I can shoot them? I've tried everything I could think of and still no luck.
We’re experiencing the exact same bug. Tried to replay the sequence without saving the prisoners before, but no luck!
The soldiers aren’t marching, but the hexagon is appearing on the minimap. Redcoats can shoot your soldiers and then you ultimately fail. I completed the sequence back in the day playing PS3 on the first go - easy peasy. Did the right thing and made fun of my wife when she failed and asked me for help. Must’ve tried it well over 30 times, but the glitch got the better of us.
Did you ever receive requested video? We’re still stuck on this as well.Originally Posted by Ubi-Borealis Go to original post
