    Ubisoft connect gamertag change - support ignoring me

    Hello!

    I used to have an old xbox account that I dont use anymore as I started from scracth when buying a Series X. I bought Valhalla and Fenyx rising but I cant connect to the new gamertag because my account is linked to the old GT and I cant change it

    I opened a ticket on the 11th of december and an agent answered me he could unlink it completely after accepting a confirmation email. Ive been waiting for almost 3 weeks and I cant play the games I bought. I kept sending a ticket every day with no response


    Can anyone help with this? I get that theres a high volume of tickets now but its been 3 weeks for something that I was supposed to be almost done and I feel completely ignored. Did the agent go on holidays or was fired? my case seems stuck in a black hole
