    Linking Twitch and Ubisoft Accounts

    I still get this error since 2018 when im trying to connect my twitch to my ubisoft account.

    An error has occurred while enabling rewards. Please contact Customer Support.

    Hello! Sorry to see you're facing this error when trying to enable Twitch Drops.

    My first suggestion would be to try some browser troubleshooting steps, here you go: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000062631

    Should the issue remain, we will need to review your accounts for you to check for issues. You can do so using any of the following support options -

    First of all this issue can't be fixed since 2018 and your live support su**s so much.

    I've been trying like 6 times to get this issue resolved but you come back with bot answers im tired of this sh*t.

    What do you not understand about that isn't helped by custommer support i've tried already 6 times like ive said before i want to speak with a real human.

    I'm literally still having this issue. This isn't fair for us as a community. This should have been fixed so long ago. If this issue isn't fixed in 2 days, I wont be able to receive any of the drops from the Six Invitational 2021. The best part is, it's literally something we CANT fix, and have to completely rely on ubisoft to fix it which has been going on for a few months. I still never received my November 2020 charms when they said I would.

    Anch'io ho lo stesso identico problema e gioco a questo gioca da ormai 4 anni,ho contattato l assistenza circa una 15 di volte ma non sono mai riusciti a risolvere questo problema e sono stufo,se qualcuno riuscisse a trovare la soluzione lo scriva nel forum grazie

    Cannot enable Twitch Drops

    I'm sorry to read you're all still affected by this issue.

    Our team have been looking at this issue over the months and we have not yet been able to determine why some players are greeted with this error.

    A new investigation has started and I'm forwarding all affected accounts to the team. Please refer to the sticky thread that I made here: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2314068

    There are just 2 steps to try. If it doesn't work, add a comment letting us know and we'll forward your account to the team.

    This question bothers me too. I don't know, i can record a video while watching a stream for 3 hours straight if needed

    Hello LEG_EA.SHIBA., thank you for getting in touch about your Twitch Drops and inability to connect the platforms together.

    It has been reported that some players have had issues linking these accounts on and off, we are currently having more of these issues reported to us on forums after the introduction of the new Road to SI Twitch Drops were announced, so far we have provided a workaround in this thread - https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...g-rewards-quot

    Please have a look at the link above and try the two workarounds provided.

    Would you be able to let me know if you had any previous Twitch usernames linked to your Ubisoft account in the past that may also be preventing you from linking a new account by any chance? We are trying to investigate possible reasons this may be affecting certain players.

    Do you have one copy of the game where the drops are usually received or are do you have the game on other platforms too?
