Good morning, dear Ubisoft support,

I have a problem. I played For Honor, then turned off the computer and the game didn't start the next day. I turned on the game, a window pops up and then the game itself.

The "promo video" will start after the initial ads. After this video, a "press any button" screen will appear.

After pressing this button, the game loads for a while, then the menu is displayed halfway and the game freezes.
