I'm on pc and have not seen that happen. Wish I could help.
Looks like your spec's are alright.
Do you use the Ubisoft launcher or Steam? That might help them pinpoint your issue.
You might try "verify files" option. It scans to make sure everything is there & correctly installed.
That's all I got. Good luck.

You know, I wonder if this has something to do with a recent update...
While I haven't had any full "Bluescreen" shutdowns, I have been having the game crash to desktop at seemingly random times while in the track editor. And this isn't happening occasionally, it's like 2-3-4 times a day. Things will suddenly start freezing up like it's trying to allocate more ram or free up stack memory or something, then a second or two later CTD. I've started saving like every two to five minutes lately just to be safe. Oh, and I have very, very little in the track I'm editing at this point and the CTD's happen while doing a variety of things so it's not just one thing causing it.

This has only started happening since the front end screen switched to the Christmas theme, but it's my understanding that no more updates were to be implemented.
    Maybe something with the launcher?

For you @ElfBoyLee your fans ramping up when this happens suggests a GPU or CPU overload which with the system specs you described should not be happening.
    Any ideas Ubisoft?

You're very welcome. I always love to help when I can, probably because I always seem to need help with something too.
It's nice when people can share what they've learned. Also, I'm curious to find the solution.
Hope RedLynx or Ubi has one soon for you.
Might check to see what your power draws total up to. I'd think you could find the consumption specs of most of your peripherals online. (CPU - GPU - Drives - Ports - Etc...)
    Good luck.
