    Purchased items not delivered

    I just purchased Year 3 Pass because it was really cheap, when i tried to purchase it only showed me steam and steam wanted to charge me 30€ instead of 10€, so i went to the ubisoft store and purchased it there instead, before i purchased it said that i wouldnt get my items if i didnt own the game on ubisoft. I then checked my ubisoft client and saw that For Honor was in my library, and declared myself clear. But i guess not since i havent gotten my goods.

    I can post a picture later to prove that i paid for the pass if needed.

    Sorry to hear that.

    The game appears in your Ubisoft Connect launcher regardless of where you bought it is as it is linked to your Steam.

    If you reach out to the support team on our website, they can look into this further for you.

    I've tried to but since the swedish support isnt up right now due to obvious reasons i had to send to the english one, still waiting for an answer from them.
