    Connect Issue

    Hi All,

    My Connect account is linked to an old email I no longer have access to. I need to change it for use in Valhalla.

    The support chats are ALWAYS closed. I tried contacting them via Facebook messenger, but no reply after 5 days.

    Anyone know how I get hold of someone and get this resolved?

    Hey Cliffw0970! I am very sorry for the time it has taken to update the email on your account. We have had extremely high volumes of contact recently which have contributed to some delays in response. Would you be able to provide your ticket number? I was able to locate a few past tickets, but did not see one that mentioned updating the email on your Ubisoft account.

    Thanks for your help.

    I couldn't get as far as raising a ticket as the 'submit' button was greyed out. That's why i resorted to Facebook messenger.

    Could I PM you on here, or do you have a link to a ticket system that works?
