Ok to much ad hominem for one post. My friend i am gonna explain you easily why this mechanic isn't broken.
1. Defense meta: The defense meta create a lot of frustration to players and this mechanism made to the game to create a mindgame to the defender and give more options to offensive player to stop the defensive meta.
2. Hito and Cent is different from Warmonger and Warden. Hito and Cent can't bash from dodge need to attack first with light or heavy and Warmonger and Warden from dodge and after attack but all this characters have one thing similar, if you read right you can punish them hard with guard break and now it's your turn to mix-up and make him read.
3. The charge bash can interupt with light if you read it in the beginning.
4. From the time i start playing with 60fps in next gen Xbox Series X this mix-up isn't even worth the most of the times to try it. Very easy to counter.
5. There are many characters that easily counter this mix-up by doing one dodge attack or zone.
