In the Store page in game, it says the Year 3 pass is $9.99. It also says this in the payment select screen, where Steam is the only option to buy the pass. However, when I select to buy through Steam, it leads to the Steam page where it is $29.99 instead of the 10 dollars advertised in game. Is there a way to get the pass for 10 dollars as it says in game?

The in-game store offer is because the Season Pass is on sale on the Ubisoft store. As Steam and Ubisoft run their sales independently of each other, that is why the Steam store reflects the standard price.
