    Battle Isle Platinium ( bluebyte ) from Uplay

    Can you please stop use Covid19 as excuse to close all mail or forum, the things simple goes around in loop. and get nowhere.

    all i want to do was report a save game location issue with Battle Isle Platinium ( bluebyte ) from Uplay game. that send me to Ubisoft support.

    its in the Batlle Isle 3 save game location issue , you cant play the game if you cant save it. ( to many campaign map, require a save game, so you can load it again. )

    i want to play my old game again, its clear someone never test that , and somehow it never got fixed.

    and its even more odd you cant even say Uplay game and type in a name yourself then missing entry selected.
    that game don't have codes that game use save game as i recall.from back then so i cant even enter a code for next map.

    ps.
    game is not even there to report to bluebyte or ubisoft


    i bought it because of digital DL and play a game from then i was kid. and a game i can walk away from, as turn base. on win10

    I have the same issue as described above. It would be great if ubisoft could look at this, as it should be an easy fix. The game is unplayable with out it.

    Hello to you both, and I am sorry for the delay in getting to this thread. Thank you for letting me know that you both are unable to play Battle Isle Platinum. Just to make sure, please try running the game in compatibility mode, while also ensuring that you are running Ubisoft Connect as administrator.

    However, if you both are still unable to save your games afterwards please create a support ticket here and provide your MSinfo and DxDiag files on your case. Then return here with your ticket numbers so that I may review them and further assist.
