Hello!

I am attempting to report a player who on purpose started throwing and team killing during our match. Now when I choose to report him on the support category it tells me to go in to live chat but there is no live chat. I have video proof of him being toxic in the chat and then team killing at the start of the round.

Here is the video of him being toxic in chat then team killing. I'd much appreciate if someone could tell me when the live chat is available.

I tried using the support ticket feature but it refused to work
