    Assassin's Creed 3

    Tried to D/L this from UBIsoft store, Got the message, "OOps, your transaction could not be completed", although I used the same card and details for the purchase of 2 other games from UBIsoft. So, as instructed, I tried again, same result, and yet a third and forth time, still no luck. When I check my bank account, I find that there are 4 pending payments of £16.99 to UBIsoft, FR. I raised a support ticket on this issue 3 days ago, and have yet to receive a reply. Now, I have £67.96 tied up in "pending" payments that I am unable to access, for goods I have not received.. You lost a lot of customers when you published "Origins" without a patch for CPU instructions to allow the game to be played on older computers. Thjs lack of regard concerning customer issues,is going to cost you a lot more.
