Targeted Loot Drop (or lack thereof) in Heroic Mission

I'm going to try and be as constructive as possible but right now I'm pissed off. I just ran Camp White Oak solo on Heroic (I did record the run and can post on YouTube if needed). I got 3 targeted loot drops and 4 total loot drops (including the targeted one). This is on a Heroic mission, solo. Is this what is intended by Massive? Really? I can run a Control Points in 1/10th the time and get 3 or 4 targeted drops plus what is in the supply room. Usually there will be supply convoy which will give me one or two more. You may say to run the Summit. Been there, tried that. Targeted loot drops are very few and far between there as well, even on Legendary with 4 directives.

So here is my constructive feedback. If you want people to keep playing this game (or games you create in the future) and you want them to run missions then you need to give them loot. This is a looter/shooter game after all, the better the gear you have the better you are in the game. Fix the loot problems. Take purples out of the game when on Heroic, period. Give people drops when they run missions and the Summit. Make the gear box and weapon box loot quality match the level of the mission or the map (for open world). The orange supply boxes hanging around the map are a joke!!! I used run through all 30ish of them 3 or 4 times a week, now I don't even bother.

You miss the general gist of targeted loot, firstly the game looks at your inventory to see which gear items you require and then targets those gear pieces to never drop.
