First of all, UBISoft support is terrible. I've been trying to get some sort of support by get some sort of live chat or whatever or message to state my problem, but there's no button to send it so I keep getting stuck on the page how can we help page and contact support, but nothing happens because there's no button to go forward or whatever. So now i'm trying to do it this way. Months ago I bought games like Ghost recon Breakpoint, Far cry New dawn etc. All from other sites but the Ubisoft store. Back then I could add the key to my account with no problem. I sort of built new pc, reinstalled windows etc. Now I wanted to try those games again but noticed they were not in my library anymore. I tried readding the key, but I get this message it's already been activated on another account, for more information contact Ubisoft support( which I just stated is terrible because I get nowhere) I only have 1 account as far as I know, but I can't get them to work now. So how do I contact support, or how do I enable it again?
