I am unable to hear anything in the game. No sound in the menu or in an actual game. My other games work just fine and I can hear them just fine, it's just this game that I can't hear any audio.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue. What do you have the audio settings set to in-game?

Are you using a headset or is sound through a TV/Monitor/Speaker?

I am using a headset and I set it to the settings that it told me too when I tried to see why I couldn't hear anything. I put it at 24 but and 16 bit 48000 htz but nothing works.

Can you confirm the model of the headset that you are using please? Is it connected via USB, AUX or Bluetooth?

I think I am using the Steel Series Arctis 3 wired headset and I use an aux to connect to my pc.

I also went on the test server and I was able to hear the game perfectly fine.
