The game gets stuck at loading screen when launching the game, and it just stays there.
if you wait a couple minutes, another screen pops up. The screen is transparent with a bar at the top saying "Assasins Creed Origins", but it doesnt load into the game or anything.
It just gets stuck there.
And yes, I ahve tried reinstalling 6 times now, and even verified the files.
I thought it might be where i had located the game, so i reset my entire pc to see if it worked. it still doesnt work.
Plz help me, if you have any ideas on how to fix the problem.
Hey guys!
Thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response from our team.
In regards to the issue you're having, would I be able to double-check if you're possibly using AMD CPUs by any chance?
Also, have you tried completing all of the steps outlined in the following article yet? If you haven't, give it a go and let us know whether that helps.
Keep us updated!
Thanks for sharing this with us and hopefully whoever is experiencing the issue will find this useful!Originally Posted by sz.a Go to original post![]()
Thanks for your response there!
Do you possibly happen to use any additional overlay software such as MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner or CAM?
If you do, please note that this can prevent you from launching the game, therefore try temporarily disabling these and see how that goes.
In case if problem persists however, we will need have a better look at your hardware therefore click the following link and follow steps to submit your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag) to us. Once that's done, we will have a look and get back to you accordingly.
Should you happen to have any questions in the meantime, let us know!

Welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with crashes/freezes at the moment.
The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.
If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:
MSInfo
DxDiag
Thanks.
