    Unlinking account - no response yet

    I've unlinked my old Switch account and wish to link my new Switch account, but can't. I have contacted Ubisoft support 5 days ago, but have not yet reveived a response or a solution. I can't play the game I bought until this is solved. I hope Ubi can solve this soon. Thanks in advance!

    Hey Aehsa! Just looked over your case, and I see that it was responded to earlier today. Please replay back to your case to ensure that you are okay with proceeding with unlinking the Switch profile to your Ubisoft account so we can continue from there. Thanks!
