    2020 Holiday pack

    I did not receive my 2020 holiday pack till now and it seems everybody else got it. I can see the pack in my notification but didn't get the ash uniform i should've got.

    Same I own all operators and say i got ash holiday pack but the items do not appear in my game i waited 24 hours but still I didn't even received my two holiday pack i hope ubisoft will fix this.

    Hey! I have checked your account and can see the pack there. Are you able to access it now?

    I did get the pack but I got Caveira which I had for a long time already while ONLY operator I didn't have was Aruni...

    Same issue. Received Caveira, but I have her since year 2. Opened a case, but no one really answered me what's going on, just that they are investigating the issue. Plus, case was closed two times due to 4 day inactivity, so just had to message support once again, asking what is going on.

    Recently Ubi Support closed my case and advised me to follow threads on forum, so here I am. I also received Caveira, but my only operators that I don't have are Oryx and Ace. I hope that the answer to this problem will show up here in this thread.

    Any news guys? Ubi is just replying, that they haven't done anything, and we should follow forum threads. Lol, like forums will solve the issue.

    Hi everyone, thanks for enquiring about this, at this moment we are still investigating players affected and I have added your names to our report on this, that our QA team are checking.

    There is two instances which can happen - you do not think you have received the Holiday 2020 pack at all, in this instance we are able to double check your accounts for the added pack to see if it has been added on our side.

    The second instance of this is, players receive a duplicate operator or skin instead of the Ash elf skin.

    If you believe you have been given a duplicate skin instead after checking your loadouts please let us know back in your support cases and also this thread and we can update this on the QA teams report.

    It's the second scenario for me. I lack a bit of ops, so I had to receive something from operators that I do not have, but I got Caveira, which I had since Year 1.

    Hi guys.First, im living in korea and not good at English very well. I got issue with Ash elf skin, i asked help to Q&A team. but it have been 3 weeks. i asked about progress of fixing this issues but i cant recieved answer until now.

    Hello! I'm sorry to read your support case was closed prematurely.

    I have reviewed your account and I can see you received the holiday pack, and when opened you received Buck.

    Is Buck a new operator for you, or a duplicate?

    Hello!

    Can you please confirm if you have all operators unlocked, or not?

    The Ash Elf skin is given to players if they already have all operators unlocked, so I'd just like to be sure

    I don't have all operators unlocked unfortunetly.

    Are you guys gonna do something about holiday pack tho? As i said i don't have all operators unlocked yet i recieved a duplicate (frost). And it's been months since i've sent a ticket, still no renown or a new pack given to me. I'm missing 4 operators atm any of them would be nice or just 25k!
