    Hey, Chen.xXx!

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue. Thank you for the video this is very helpful.

So that we can rule out your system can I ask you to try the following:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

    Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

    Ubisoft Connect

    EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
    STEAM

    Disable Background Applications.

Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.

    Reinstall Ubisoft Connect.

    Update your GPU Drivers:

    AMD
    NVIDIA

Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.

    Thank you.

    Hey vasylbsas,

Did you create a support ticket with your MSinfo and DXDiag files? If so, can you provide me with the ticket number?

    Hey vasylbsas,

I wouldn't be able to say as I cannot speak for exactly how your hardware will run the game.

Got to say the random frame drops are bloody terrible, I'm running maxed out at 4K ultra and averaging about 100fps+ but looking at afterburner or the nvidia performance overlay you'll see constant 99% frametime drops from 100fps to 80fps, then maybe 50fps or as low as 30fps for a split second, you will see the GPU usage drop from 99% usage to 70 or 80% etc while it does it. Makes for a horrible gaming experience.

Tried Far Cry 5 even Primal and they are running silky smooth with dead flat frametimes. Even other Ubi games I have run silky smooth like the division 1 and 2, AC Valhalla/Odyssey. But for some reason this game love dropping frames. The Dunia engine has always been horrific at multithreading and this game is no exception, seems this game hammers a few cores so it has trouble loading the world, running all the AI and trying to feed the GPU fast enough to keep up.

This is on fast hardware as well so that's not an issue.

    Asus 3090 Strix OC
    Ryzen 5950X
    64GB RAM
    Asus Crosshair X570 Formula
    WD SN850 2TB Nvme (7GB read/4.7GB Write)

Running the latest drivers on everything and BIOS is fully up to date. Will record a video and post it here shortly.

CPU usage is all over the place in this game

Videos up, watch the GPU percentage usage (2nd top number) suddenly drop as well as the small frametime spikes, VSYNC is off so it should never drop suddenly. When the GPU usage drops this is when you will notice and experience the sudden frame drops/stuttering. Doesn't show up well in the video but very noticeable when your playing it.
