    Didn’t work for me, it was actually another customer who told me to try this...so I guess no other work around and no updates based on that response? Do you know when an actual update of benefit to the customer will be available?

    Doesn’t work here either. Only one of our 4 iPhones works consistent, the other 3 have never worked, not once. But our kids like playing the game together which isn’t an option. The free month to the just dance unlimited service (or whatever it’s called) is almost over and it’s pointless now as well. The game isn’t even useful as a paperweight since we got it digital What a mess. I’ll take a ps5 code or an Nintendo switch code for compensation so we can actually play.

    Totally shocked by Ubisoft support. Raised my ticket on Christmas...absolutely not reply until now! Then get an email telling me they are closing my ticket because they offered me the airplane mode workaround that doesn’t work! Why are you trying to close my ticket? The issue is far from resolved!!! Look at this......how is this acceptable! I told Ubisoft the work around doesn’t work so all I get after about a month or waiting is the same reply? What the hell is going on here

    At this moment in time, we have no new information to share regarding this issue. Please rest assured that the development team are investigating this issue further. I'm afraid that we cannot provide a definite time-frame for a fix, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    As my colleague Redbeard has shared in this thread, some player have found that switching their phone to airplane mode then connecting to WiFi has helped them to connect their app to the game. We would recommend giving this a try if you haven't already.

    The problem I have is I purchased this game before Christmas as a fully working game. It doesn’t work whatsoever as it’s not compatible with iOS. You have offered no updates whatsoever, telling me it’s still with development doesn’t help me. When will you be giving us all advice on refund processes? Vendors are saying no so please can you investigate. If you can’t tell us when it will be fixed how can we have any confidence? Also mentioning If a ticket is closed it maybe worked on isn’t acceptable, tickets should remain open until fully fixed. Otherwise it makes it even harder for people to know when it’s resolved.

    It should work just like that

    Really, guys, this can’t be that complicated. Just like it was mentioned, we have paid a full value of a product - it should be working on all supported platforms without any needs for workarounds...

    In my case all connections typically work fine for the demo version of the game downloaded from Xbox store, but it is not possible to connect in the full version. All settings on the smartphones and WiFi remain the same. So maybe it is worth investigating where and how connectivity differs between demo and full version, as this seems to be the case.

    Still nothing works

    I’ve had this game since Xmas for Xbox series x and my daughter still can’t play. Xbox and iPhones all on the same network. 3 iPhones and 3 iPads and nothing works. I contact the unhelpful customer service today and in a chat said try airplane mode and WiFi only and to my surprise shock nothing was still working. When I asked what else can be done they had no idea so seems the customer service if it’s not on a script can’t help you as they have no idea too. I can’t get my money back either as the game is opened so currently I’m stuck with a Xmas present that can’t be used and by the looks of things nothing is getting done by ubisoft to help but it may not matter as they sold the game and taken the money

    Was happy to see an update of the iOS app which mentioned the Xbox series x unfortunately it still won’t work..... it no longer gives an error, it just returns to the screen where you enter the code and that’s it

    Hi @Ubi-Spud, see my message before yours, the update is not working. No error message, the app just returns to the screen where you enter the code.

    Update: tried it numerous times yesterday after I got the updated app and it didn’t work. Thought I’d give it one more try today and now it does work, not sure why and if it will be stable but I was able to connect 2 iPhones that didn’t work before.
