Really unhappy. Daughter was excited to get the game for Xmas and 3 different iPhones in the house can’t connect to the game. Tried touring to airplane mode and back again but that didn’t work. Has anybody been able to get in contact with anyone? I can see why the app has such bad reviews now on the AppStore

Hi. I am guessing that you have turned on the airplane mode and then turned it off.
If my guess is correct, the phone will not pair with the game.
Please keep the phone in airplane mode but have the WiFi connected to the same wifi network.
If you haven’t turned UPnP on your router, I suggest you turn it on just in case.
I sincerely hope your daughter can play the game. Mine is playing everyday now and she is very enjoying the game.

Worked out how to connect iPhone to JD controller app

Turn off mobile data in settings on your phone and then JD controller App will connect to console.

Mobile data needs to be off for iPhone to connect

Hi. After getting our iPads to work first shot. We turned off mobile data on our iPhones and the iPhones then connected first shot.

The network must be picking up cellular network first rather than the home wireless network.

Please pass on hope this works for all the others

I have sent a picture of the IP address to the support page on Facebook as you can’t create a ticket on your support website page

Support ticket form on Ubisoft website: "In the light of the current situation, we are temporarily restricting our support to live chat only."

Live chat on Ubisoft website: "Chat is currently unavailable. Please choose another support method."

You are not exactly making it easy for your customers to help resolve the issue.

The airplane mode workaround mentioned above does work for my iPhone, but not for my Android devices.

update: Also got an old Samsung S7 without SIM card to connect. Still no luck with newer Android phones.

Air plane mode works for Iphone

    Hi all,

My old Iphone 8 with IOS 12.5 would work but not my iphone 10 or 11 with IOS 14+. This is for Just Dance 2021 on an Xbox X series.

However the legend that suggested using Air Plane mode has saved the holidays. Thank you.

Use Air Plane mode with Wifi on.

    Close but not completely working

Hi - I have a case open to which there is no reply. I’ve managed to get the game to work on iOS 14.2 on one phone - but it fails miserably on 14.3 doing the same workaround.

This looks like a problem with the software updates and the app keeping up.

I have a less annoyed kid, but still not working on the phone that stays at home more often which is going to be a problem.

When will I get a ticket reply on this with an actual solution??

Lucky you Rob. I can’t get a ticket open so tried the Facebook page and not even got an acknowledgment. Disgusting customer services. Will be taking the game back and asking for a refund is nothing is sorted in the next few days
