Tie Weapon dmg boost in Specialization to Loadout
Hi all,
I know this has been asked for before, but I'm gonna ask for it again.
Please please please, tie the three weapon damage boosts in the specialization tree to our loadouts. Now we have 15 loadouts there are more ways than ever to play around with specializations. More weapons, more talents, more gear sets.
I've never understood, then, why we are limited to three weapon damage boosts in a specialization (given that we can only equip two weapons and a sidearm at a time anyway). But if you swap to a different loadout from, say, a Rifle + Marksman loadout, to a AR + SMG loadout that both use the same specialization, you have to fast travel back to base and respec your weapon damage points in order to get maximum effectiveness out of the build.
I've got so many build ideas that I just can't be bothered exploring, because I know that, for me, my "gunner" spec is committed to LMGs and rifles, so to be able to swap loadouts on the fly (as I and I'm sure many others enjoy doing whilst playing), I have to make any other build that also uses "gunner" also use LMGs and rifles.
Honestly, in an ideal scenario I'd ask for the weapon damage boost to just apply to all weapons. But failing that can you PLEASE tie the weapon spec to the loadout. We asked for you to tie specializations themselves to loadouts, and you listened. Now do it for the weapon dmg boosts.
