Hello this is my last port of call as ubisoft support literally is uncontactable due to the phone line and chat service being turned off for whatever reason
Incredibly dissapointed (i apologise for any spelling errors or bad wording, english is not my best language)
I had bought far cry 4 today and it will no load, it stays on the first loading screen after launch and uses 100% of my GPU's utilisation but never progresses
System specs:
I7 6700K 4.0 GHz core clock
16GB 2133MHz DDR4 ram
RTX 2060 super OC edition (i am aware of the mild bottle neck)
I want a refund as this is unplayable and i spent about $30 USD on it. no length of troubleshooting will fix this game, same result no matter what i do and ubisoft support is not contactable at this time, which is quite bad on their part
runs fine here

you should not see any bottleneck with far cry 4 and your system if any
step 1 verify your game files
step 2 exit out of all back round applications and try the game after a clean boot ,

in case one or more is interfering with the game loading properly and make sure you are launching ubi connect as well as the game with ADMIN rights enabled
step 3 make sure you installed the updated version of the UBI connect software
