Overall the changes are healthy in my opinion. Warden can't use his back dodge bash anymore, nobu will be kind of viable and pk will definitely be viable. Shugoki is the only one I wish they'd done better. I understand why they took the armor away from the attacks that they did, but I think it's the wrong way to nerf him. He's still going to be the oppressor in a fight, and will still have the ability to ignore whatever the opponent is doing, given that he can tank with with his heavy hyper armor. I think you're just going to see less hugs. People will still use his light attack religiously, and will overall still be the bully he is. So I think people will still hate shugoki for the same reasons they've always hated him.
Just one thing about PK: please, let her dodge attacks start chain, or at the very least give her a normal dodge attack recovery. Her dodge attack recovery is the worst in the game, she takes a full second recovery, which makes zero sense, and makes her dodge attacks a suicide in team fights. It is single target, very slow, and does not even beat guardbreak attempts, so at the very least don't make it punishable with a guardbreak.
I have warden at 70lvland it **** at dominion. He is **** now. it must be less predictable to have a faster unblockable hyper armor attack on the second heavy and during bash. He is the most susceptible character to dodge attack and, in addition, it is predictable that he can easily be interrupted. When we compare it to a Gryphon or Higlander warmonger it is veeery weak. And play vs jj gryphon warmonger or other yeasy dodge atack character meak me creazy.... u can only parry and use light atack and thats all vs good players

My Opinion: This is Mostly for PK. Please don't think negative, I'm just writing down my opinion Please and Thank You.
Warden the Vanguard: Warden does too much damage with his heavys I would like to nerf is damage. Plus unblockable also as well does too much plus lower that too.
Nobushi the Hybrid: She got a well balanced rework she can put more pressure on the battlefield. LOVE HER NEW UNDOGEABLE ATTACKS. But nerf her kick frames I seem to be getting hit by it.
Shugoki the Heavy: He is more balanced than ever I love his nerf on hyper armor. He deserve this. No one knows how to play him probably just doing the same moves over and over. But, now with his new moveset he can change up the battle and catch rollers off guard.
Now PK the Assassin
Peacekeeper Unblockable heavys: Now PK's buff I have a lot to say. To start off, she has a UNBLOCKABLE that can only unlock with opponents are bleeding. But She can't put pressure to opponents if they external block her in 4v4s. Plus Ghypon feats can change it up for her too. I reccomend to give her a finishing heavy unblockable with no requirements.
PK DEFLECT: Her Deflect needs to be able to stun opponents like orochi or gladiator deflects. Also, change her deflect back to R1 because people would like it that way and she is deflecting with a dagger not her sword. No one wants to change there muscle memory keep it to R1.
Her Numbers: Pk 5 plus damage was great. I can pull off a execution just buff all heavy attacks with 5dam keep it in please. Nerf her Guardbreak 38 bleed to 30 bleed. Also Buff her zone damage a little bit.
Dagger Cancel Reworked: Also give her a better frame advantage than a dodge on her Dagger Cancel. I think she should start off doing a light after a dagger cancel rather than dodging. I tried dodging after dagger cancel on training grounds but all they did was guardbreak me. Let her start off doing light attacks after dagger cancel.
PK STAMINA: Her stamina cost on her attacks should be reduced. I think this is a good idea because Pk can't do much mixups and feint her heavy attacks as much like berserker, orochi, or gladiator because she loses stamina so quickly. Also the fact that I go against heros like Lawbringer, Jormungandr, Shinobi, and others makes me at a disadvantage.
PK Feat: Executioner's Respite is very useless I don't think her feat is important due to the fact that I barely can pull off a execution. So can you switch her feat Executioner's Respite to a HEALING feat. Also can you buff thick skin and Bountry Hunter. Some heros have it put doesn't help as much on the battlefield compare to other heros who has better feats. Bountry hunter is so useless.
My overall opinion about this is Pk is good in 1v1s but it seems she still can't put any pressure in 4v4. I KNOW IM TELLING U TO BUFF HER A LOT BUT I THINK THIS WILL HELP BENEFIT HER. At least listen to the stamina idea and the Dagger Cancel one please. I know it sounds stupid. Just make her better in 4v4. Please suggest my ideas and I hope I see a better changes for PK in For Honor!
PS. Nerf Highlander, Maybe Berserker, Raider and Kenshi Damage and Hyper Armor. Please the game would be a lot fun with out fast spamming, high light damage, hyper armor heros.

I only play Shugoki so I won't cover the other changes, the only problem I had was that HA's grip was removed it was a key component of its confusion and the only reason people avoided rolling, removing it made me play more defensively because I would either be kicked out of it or be excluded from it
