Dear Support team .

I bought the gryphon hero at Stream and its not unlock in game.
Its said i need to buy again. Could you please check and fix ?

Plus i found same issue in this forum so I'm not the only one who got this bug.
I have attached some pic so, pls check for detail.

Sadly They are "investigating the issue" Which means god knows how long til their brains wrap around the darn issue. They will fix it but don't expect soon, or evne close to that.

sadly , yes. They should compensate for that .
There many negative feedback in stream already xD
