It's been over 3 days now, with no updates from Ubi. Was looking forward to playing the Gryphon this weekend. There'd better be some kind of compensation, or I'm just going to get a refund and unlock with steel.

Yeah you're right, went over the 2 hour limit. So guess I'm up **** creek without a paddle till they fix things. This really sucks

Ubi at this time, its 3 days without us able to play new hero, could you please at least keep up posted with you progress somewhere? There is no reaction from you side

Right now, just from watching streams I have gotten 6 scavenger crates, 16 double xp tokens and 10 days of champion status. The problem is that I can't even use them for the new hero :/

We paid money for early access, so it should be fixed asap, not few days later with lack of information. They could at least told us that they don't care about our issue so much to work on it during weekend.
