Yesterday I had no problems getting Griffin. I bought some materials and got him to rep 1. I log onto today to see that he is locked for me. I really hope all the steel I spent for him doesn't go to waste after this glitch is fixed.

Doesnt seem like it. I did Training w mine and the Execution i bought is still set to one of the two buttons

I cannot play him either after having closed the game and re-opening it.
I guess support is pretty overflown atm and will just take some time to fix this Issue...

been almost a day and still no fix. this is just gettin stupid at this point. i bought and used real money to buy this and im losing a day worth of pre order time and im regretting to buy this now.

same by me, lockdown here and weekend. Now i cant play my gryphon.....and i also lost 1 day. Its a horrible experience

Gotta feeling that not much is being done to solve the problem. At this point, just take it off of the steam store, refund all the people who bought it there, and just tell them to buy it off of Uplay.

Day 2 and this glitch is still not handled. I got the character to rep 2 yesterday grinding with my little brother. Now neither of us can play the new character. How do you mess up this bad?

Echoing the same sentiments as everyone else here. Got the Gryphon and battlepass yesterday, played him to level 7 last night and went to do something else. Was planning to mainly level him today since I had more time, just to find him locked. Really disappointed this hasn't been fixed yet.
