    We can atleast hope that there will be a compensation, it is a very low possibility but we can still hope for it

    you are sorry to hear, but from what i have read, it has been a consistent problem since the hero was dropped. Honestly with all of the blackouts for people who purchased a hero its very frustruating and I for one think that its very malicious of a company to make pay to play content that isnt even attainable by the community. 3 days of a consistent bug and yet its still happening. i myself was just hit by this bug and am having a hard time to not make a scene about it. This is also not the first time that Ubi support has failed me. I have been denied my campaign unlockables for 4 years after completing the campaign a total of like 7 times across all difficulties. 4 of which were on realistic. 4 years and almost 7000 hours and i sadly cant say that i have ever felt ubi support has had my back. Hoping this bug has a resolution rather quickly but im not holding my breath based on past experiences.

    I am really starting to doubt that they really care about this. I mean it should've been just easy as to certify that the steam account that is bound to your uplay has gryphon dlc in it. It's been 3 days that i am waiting for a chance to play this *******ed hero man.

    I'm by no means a programmer, but how hard can it be to scan Ubi Connect accounts and see that Gryphon is registered (checked mine, it is) - then scan game account and see it's locked, unlock it?

    I generally don't advocate for compensation over blips, but this is far from a blip. We're not talking something that impacted an hour or so of game play that everyone experienced - this is going on day 4 of being locked out of what should be paid for early access (and support of the game) - there is no getting this time back. We were sold two weeks early access and we're down to 11 days, I'll be surprised if we even get a week early access at this point.

    Ubi's FH community team really needs to pick up the communications activity and not just on this issue - It's been really bad since losing Eric Pope to Hyperscape.

    At this rate, we may as well just save up steel to buy him again when he comes out fully. If this isn't fixed by tommorow then what the hell even is the point anymore.

    wait what ? save the Steel and buy him again ? Are you sirious ?...for my self NEVER. If they not fix it fast... i make sure that i will quit and a refound because im mad, sick and tired of this. Siriously they let us wait the complete weekend without nothing. You paid for an early access and than this. Most ppl had him on rep 8+ and weve lost so much time...for nothing. But before i rage more, better is now to stop wriding.

    You’d think with so many of people messaging on one of their official forums they’d at least respond to someone here but no. Radio silence. And when you do get ahold of a agent all they say is “we are investigating. We can see that you’ve completed the transaction for gryphon but we are unable to instate him at this time. Stay tuned to the forums for updates” like that’s be fine and dandy if you ACTUALLY UPDATED PEOPLE ON THE FORUMS!
