I appriciate the feedback. The only feedback i can give is that would seem the steam/ubisoft connect tranfers didn't go through after the whole christmas update rolling out sooner. I was able to play griffon before the "update" and i still have him bought on steam, the purchase however dissapeared from uplay. Yeah, i'd like to hear anything from them at this point. Even if they say they're gonna fix it in a few hours or that if they don't do anything they'll refund (probably wont) or compensate us in some other way in game, I'd be happy.
