Same problem with me,got 12 lvls but after coming today to see customisation he was locked,steam says everything ok,I own both activation and hero DLC.Help!PLS!

I bought the character last night and it never unlocked and says I still have to buy it even though I got the email from the playstation store saying that I bought the dlc. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't want to bash or anything, but it almost took a day for you guys to figure out people have not been getting gryphon? The steam reviews for him are mostly negative, 0 players getting him, on the community tab on steam, 80 replies on the subject, on reddit a post with 25 replies, even in your own tweet replies that he's missing for steam, xbox and ps. Atleast tweet about it or something, we bought him, didn't get him and are left in the dark.

Not a bash, I think it's good to question. However, we did notice an issue early on not long after the Season went live and we believe we resolved those issues:

same here. Bought the new hero and the season 4 battle pass on Steam earlier today, played upto level 12. restarted my PC and now it is showing locked and asking me to buy again.
