It's been 4 days now that this bug has occurred. And despite numerous attempts by many community members, we've gotten nothing back from ubisoft. Only empty apologies. Some of us don't even want the character anymore, we just want to know what's happening. But it seems ubisoft doesn't care enough to even reply.
They're just taking their money and running.
It's honestly ridiculous. I've tried talking to support, and it's just the same thing. Absolutely no information, and ignoring my question of whether they're working on it.
For a company as big as it is. We'd expect more of it's customer support.
