I purchased gryphon and played a few games with him, but once i left the game and came back a few hours later i am unable to use him now. it says i must repurchase him....so like an idiot i did repurchase, which done absolutely nothing but take an extra purchase from my bank account. when will i be able to play this hero again, and when will i receive a refund for my second purchase of him?!?!?

I'm having the same issue as well, I was banned for inactivity since I got up to get the dog. And then closed my game to download another game and when I came back, it said I had to buy it again?

I'm Having this exact issue, I bought the hero on steam and steam says I have it, I think its an issue with steam and Uplay

Sorry to hear that you have been encountering this issue.

The team are currently working on this and some players have reported their issue is resolved. Is anyone here still unable to access Gryphon?
