    Did not receive premium credits

    I went to purchase more premium credits from the store and it never showed up in my game. MS shows that I purchased it too. When I open up the menu to season 4 pass it says Synchronization is currently slow. Your entitlements will be granted to you shortly. It's been an hour. Any fixes?

    It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to go onto account, especially during busier times.
    If you've not received the credits after 24 hours, can you contact us via either Twitter or Facebook with a fullscreen uncropped screenshot showing your email receipt and we can look deeper into this.

    For me it's now been 48 hours waiting - have contacted via the Facebook link above sending requested info - the 1st time after 24 hours waiting (really that long) and the second time about 40 hours waiting - have received no feedback nor my purchase - am I supposed to continue waiting?
