Hello,

I implant a new weapon talent allowing to inflict a reduction in the healing received on the affected target and which could work in the following way:

- Hitting a target reduces the healing received by 30% for 5 seconds, the bonus is increased to 50% when the target is hit in the head.

I think this talent could come in handy in PvE with the new Ragers directive and provide a counter play in PvP when we face teams that have a healer within the group.

I also take this opportunity to request a modification of the protective bag talent which offers the following bonus:

- While your protection is intact, increases skill repair by 100%.

Everyone knows that the place of a healer is not at the forefront, but I find it unfortunate that this talent rewards the fact of playing "stash", we could have a talent that increases the heals received after hitting an enemy with a firearm. This would encourage the player to use their weapon, and force them to switch between their weapon and the repair launcher. This kind of talent already exists for skill damage bonuses encouraging players to expose themselves and shoot their weapons.

I'm not trying to reduce the role of healer, it's my favorite class in squad, I just wish it was more dynamic.
