    Idea about executions

    Dominion execution idea.
    On all platforms you have at least 4 executions. I play on Xbox so I'm going to relativity to that. Why not make executions part of the strategy?
    Let's say you pick two execution on two separate buttons. You have the normal execution that gives health, delays the respawn timer, and is interruptible. For your second execution botton you change the values. You get half the health, are not interruptable, and does nothing to the respawn time.
    So now during a gang fight you have to Gage what is your best option. And your opponent that is dueling your teammate will have to choose if it's worth trying to interrupt or if it will needlessly leave him/her exposed.
    More so this would be good for ubisoft as people will be more inclined to purchase executions if they can use them more often without interruption.

    Id just like to see a cancel button. Dont know how many times I was in midst a bashing combo requiring X to be pushed, only to have my Concourer spike wedge itself in their head and than begin an unwanted execution. Same with Lawbringer, always an accidental start of an execution and me just dropping my controller because I'm well aware of the guy preping his heavy and now im forced to take 30 hp damage. Which can mean life or death depending on how much hp you currently have

    I can't say I have that issue enough but I don't play those heroes
    I just would like to see the executiions further integrated into the strategy of the game.

    Well doing this would also force a rework of Hitokiri's feats. I get the idea you are putting forth but in practice I don't see it playing out well. Too often you would be watching someone perform their execution animation and just HAVE to watch as people would basically always choose the non interruptible version with other enemies anywhere near.

    The strategy now is just to use shorter animations for less health which makes the most sense to me. Although the ability to cancel would be nice as it is easy to start an animation due to just going through your chain or landing unexpected heavy. Although it should only be able to be cancelled within the first few hundred ms or so as to not negate the risk in performing an execution in team fights.

    You see it as not working out based on the parameters I detailed to explain the concept. How ubisoft runs with the idea is a very different scenario. It's a profitable idea and that alone might motivate them to consider an alternative use.
    I didn't think about hitos feat. Perhaps they could lower the shield and get rid of the gb vulnerability to the feat and make hito vulnerable to projectiles.
