I got the game on Steam, a friend of mine got me the DLCs on Ubisoft Connect and I cannot access my DLCs.. We thought it would work but after the fact we did some reading and no it cannot, saw a previous post... I thought it was fine because it's in my Ubisoft library.. What do we do now?

A side note.. Some of the content from the Season Pass Year 1 works but the Fallen Ghosts & Narco Road DLC are locked and it tells me to install it.

I believe your friend needs to request a refund from Ubisoft, and the purchase of the DLCs must be on Steam - by whomever.

MikeWeeks is correct. It looks like you've encountered a compatibility error. We strongly recommend purchasing the base game and any additional content on the same launcher (Ubisoft Connect/Steam/Epic).

So i have to contact the Ubi-Support, i activated the seasonpass year one key in Ubi, but i play on steam and now my pc freeze everytime start the grw...or can i delete this "key" or the season pass year one by my self?
