    Game turns off my console

    This game has frozen and has switched my series x console off 5 times since launch. Twice if did this today during the same mission.

    I also can not create a support ticket either when it asks me to chose issue the button at the bottom for me to create case disappears so I can’t report this issue either.

    I'm sorry to hear you're encountering crashes in-game. Have you been able to try some basic Xbox troubleshooting steps yet?

    If the issue persists, I'd recommend opening a support ticket. You can do so in several other ways than opening up a ticket via the website. You can also reach our team in the following ways:
    - Start a Live chat
    - Twitter and Facebook

    When opening a support case, please include all troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. If you are encountering any error messages, please can you include an image of these as well.
