    Cannot activate trial/demo for Unlimited 2021 on Switch

    Hi,

    I tried several times to activate the Unlimited trial/demo for 2021 on Nintendo Switch (Germany) and followed all support/internet help I could get:

    - Game has the latest update
    - My main Nintendo account is used to start the game
    - I deactivated parental control for the switch (temporarily)
    - The same account is used for Nintendo eShop
    - I linked my main Nintendo account with my Ubisoft account
    - Internet is working fine

    I even came to the screen (twice) where it says that I successfully activated the trial/demo but it is not: every unlimited song is not starting, it still says I need to have Unlimited. This is going on forever.

    Any help is much appreciated since I was planning to buy Unlimited for a year but not without using the trial/demo month.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Just Dance Unlimited trial.

    Just to confirm, have you been able to try all of the steps on our connectivity troubleshooting FAQ?

    Can you please also ensure that your Nintendo Switch console has been set as the primary console for your Nintendo Switch account.

    I'm having this same issue, and changing my console to primary didn't fix the issue. I'm not having any connectivity issues, my subscription simply isn't being detected by the game, and it won't start the free trial either.

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

    I've had a look and it does not look like you have your Nintendo account linked, therefore when you have a chance, try linking it first and then see whether issue persists.
