    When opening Ubisoft Connect, no rewards are there...

    No matter where I try: PC, App and ingame no Rewards are there. It’s just empty.

    It sure does feel that way. This issue is a series of issues I have with my Ubi games

    This on Odyssey, Immortals Fenyx bonus mission not on PS5, didn’t get the bonus mission on Valhalla and Syndicate unable to uinstall disk version on PS5. The last one I was able to bypass that with a disk from my friend. My disk is scratchless and new and installs on PS4 without any issue. Thankfully I can play it now with my own disk.

    Wonder how long we’re gonna wait for Odyssey and the bonus mission on Fenyx...

    Same here! I alsways wait a year to play the ‘new’ AC, so I would have all rewards and dlc available from the start. I wanted to play Odyssey but yea... thanks to Ubisoft Connect it got messed up.

    I will refuse to purchase any additional UBISOFT games until this is corrected. I will also start posting on a regular basses on the various forums of this lack of courtesy on UBISUPPORT part. Please just have the decency to tell everyone that you cannot fix the issue. I would rather hear this then the kick the can down the road and hope everyone forgets. We keep getting the we are working on it excuse and for some odd reason I doubt. With all the issues I have seen on your last two big releases you have no time for this. Then just give everyone some Helix credits or something because of your in ability of providing a solution to your problem. I doubt anyone in UBISUPPORT is even reading these REWARDS issue posts anymore.

    I fear the same... priority for this is very low I presume. What makes me mad is seeing mad deals and discounts on this game wile it lacks a part. >.>

    Received the following which was added to the open Case Ticket I have on this problem. Ticket has been open since October.

    What is it now, almost two months without a ETA on when these will be available? It's a little ridiculous at this point.

    Hey guys,

    Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused so far.

    As it stands, I can confirm that we are aware that this is affecting a number of players with Challenges and Rewards not being available for Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, however this is due to this content being currently disabled.

    Once the game fully transitions over to Ubisoft Connect, which is something we're currently working on, both challenges and rewards will be available again.

    Apologies if this has been taking longer than anticipated and thank you for your patience for the time being.
